Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary during launches, promotions, holidays or high-volume periods.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Victoria Metro: 2–5 business days
- Australia-wide: 3–8 business days

Aitch Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at aitchbeauty@outlook.com.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue where appropriate.
